At enterprises, especially those with production workshops located on different levels and long spans, it is extremely difficult to organize smoking places in sufficient quantity in compliance with fire safety norms and rules, therefore the production staff spends a critical amount of working time on "smoke break trips", since "Smokers" are usually located on the street at the entrance to the workshop.

This problem is especially relevant when equipment repairs are carried out by contractors, when the cost of time spent on "smoke breaks" becomes particularly acute.

The way out of this situation can be a mobile smoking booth developed by the specialists of our company.

This smoking cabin model is intended for the organization of smoking places in production premises and is designed for 6 people.

The cabin has the following overall dimensions:

Height - 2100 mm, Width - 2000 mm, Depth 1500 mm.

 The smoking cabin is sealed and made of non-combustible materials: a steel frame made of a profile pipe, double-glazed windows made of an aluminum profile and tempered glass, the bottom of the side panels and the back panel are covered with a profiled sheet, the floor of the cabin is covered with a corrugated steel sheet.

For transportation to the installation site, the cabin has 4 eyelets.

This model is equipped with modern electrical equipment with a total power consumption of 250 W:

1. Italian hood "Elica Elit+" with a capacity of 1000 m3 per hour.

2. Ceiling motion sensor.

3. LED lamp - 18W.

4. Automatic switch - 6 A.

Due to the use of a motion sensor, the light and hood are turned on automatically when the cabin door is opened, which allows significant energy savings. The system's operating time is adjustable, the maximum switching cycle time is 7 minutes.

Two urns with ashtrays and removable buckets made of stainless steel are installed in the cabins, which makes cleaning the cabin easy and fast.

If necessary, access to the cabin can be restricted by locking it with a lock cut into the door.

If it is necessary to filter cigarette smoke drawn out of the cabin, the hood is equipped with filter cartridges made of activated carbon.

If necessary, it is possible to make smoking booths according to the required parameters of the customer.
